Social Media

Increased Reach and Conversion

Take the guesswork out of posting and get consistent results.

Results could be:

  • Growing your followers
  • Increasing engagement
  • Making sales, increasing subscribers
This all depends on what goals we’ve set for the month.

Where to post

According to HubSpot, in their 2023 social media trends analysis, Gen Z visits TikTok the most, but they rank Instagram as their favorite social media app — as do Millennials, so those are the two social media sites I prioritize in my personal strategy.

Instagram

Ideal for growth and conversions

2,000 million monthly users

IG Reels allow for increased reach

Instagram has the most developed in-app selling tools of any platform

Meta makes it extremely easy to cross-post to Instagram and Facebook. I really can’t think of a good reason not to do this, so I would encourage you to set-up a Facebook Page and link it to your Instagram.

TikTok

Ideal for growth

Excellent search engine capabilities

Easy to repurpose content for Instagram Reels

Where else?

Depending on your niche, I would recommend picking 1 more site to round out your social media strategy. Any more than this could get overwhelming and there’s no reason to spread yourself thin. We want quality over quantity because that is what will draw in your ideal customers.

I could recommend:

  • YouTube: Consistently ranks highest for most used social media site; excellent for long-form educational content.
  • Pinterest: Great for visual media; fashion, home-goods, etc.; has 445 million monthly active users 60% of whom are women.
  • Mastodon: There’s something to be said about getting ahead of the trends. With Twitter collapsing in on itself like a dying star, similar sites are hoping to take its place. Mastodon is one such site and remains number one for Twitter refugees.

Social Media offers unprecedented reach

The average person spends about 145 minutes on social media every day with short-form videos capturing the most view-time.

People want to connect with brands and products

90% of users follow at least one brand on social media and 76% of social media users have purchased something they saw on social media.

Almost 40% of Gen Z is using TikTok and Instagram for search instead of Google according to Google’s own reports.

What does all this mean for you?

A social media strategy is a crucial element of any modern marketing plan. Each business (depending on goals, ideal customer, and market), needs a tailored solution. Instead of trying to map it all out yourself and hoping for the best, trust a professional to manage the whole process for you. From choosing which platforms, to posting at optimal times, to keeping up with trends, I will take the stress out of social media management.
